  • Importance of Electrical and Electronics Engineering EEE


           Our life would be unthinkable without the use of electrical energy. The growing utilization of the latter is a decisive prerequisite for a rapid development of industry and agriculture.  The progress of the country nowadays is measured in terms of electrical energy generating capacity of that country.
           
    Based on understanding the importance of electrical energy for sustainable evolving society, the students of EEE will learn the fundamental knowledge and technologies of generation, transmission, control, storages, measurements, and applications of electrical energy. It also helps you acquire fundamental knowledge and techniques on the semiconductor devices, CMOS, analog circuits, optoelectronics, sensors, and their interdisciplinary applications. The students trained in this course will take an important role as engineers and researchers in the various industrial fields including electrical and electronics, environment and energy, communications, materials and nanotechnology, machine and mechatronics, medical care, primary and tertiary industries.
     
    EEE FUTURE SCOPE
            The future prospects of the EEE graduates are very wide and bright. The demand for environmentally friendly power generation, more sophisticated electrical and electronic devices, and cheaper and smarter products mean there is a lot of work for Electrical Engineers. There are a wide range of challenging paths available to an Electrical engineer. The areas they can fit in are Design and Development, Manufacturing, Automation, Production and Maintenance, Operation and Control of any equipments or products which work on electricity.
            Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduates can work in various fields as Power engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Communications engineering, Computer engineering and Media.
