Now Upload Files upto 25mb Directly in Facebook Groups

Recently we posted that Facebook has released a small pages update showing the post popularity among the readers, well that was a good start but today I was just crawling some good Facebook groups and I saw that now Facebook has given an option to upload files upto 25mb right in the group, so anyone who is the member of that group can upload files and people can download those files directly.

Well so now you can visit any group and when you click in the text area for posting some message than you will see another tab with name Upload File like in the above image which you can click and choose a nice 25mb file from your computer.
You can also some description about the file like I just posted a simple blogger template with a small .rar file and a little description. The another best think about this feature is that you can anytime in future change the uploaded file with the new version file if available, as they have given a option to Upload Revision.
Well I think so that this is a big step taken by the Facebook as many uploading companies are coming day by day, so users will feel good as they can now communicate + share files with their readers.

Example 1:
A Student Achieved Every subject with 92-100 Marks Range , the he gets complete 10 Points each for every subject , then the total six subjects of 10 each and he get's 60 Points with 6 Subjects
Thus 60 is divided by 6 : ( 60/6) and results 10 Points .
60/6 = 10 Points = A1 Grade.

Example 2:
If your Grade follows like A1+A2+A1+A1+A2+A1 in 6 subjects.Then your Grade Points calculation calculate as 10+9+10+10+9+10=58/6=9.66. Here your Grade Points=9.66.

Information on Industrial training! Procedure, Do's and Don'ts

Industrial training is mandatory for every student who finished their 3rd year and an industrial training certificate is needed to be produced in the college, where it will be forwarded to JNTU and then the students are promoted.

Now, HOW to apply for industrial training?
Some colleges are linked to some industries to which the students are forwarded.
But, most don't. And it is the duty of the student to look for an industry and apply for the training.

Documents needed: (May change as per the requirement of the industry)
1. College ID card
2. A Reference letter from the principal of the college
3. A Resume with all necessary details in it.
4. Passport size photographs [the industry will issue an ID card with the photos]

WHEN to apply? You need to apply for the industry 3-4 months in advance to the completion of 3rd year. Else, most industries would be full of trainees and you wont be able to get into any industry.

Once you applied, the industry will soon review your application and reply giving the details of
course duration, when to collect your ID card etc.

So, what exactly happens at industrial training?
1. You will be introduced to various personnel and working staff in different departments.
2. You will be shown all the machinery in different blocks like Production block, Packaging, Quality Control, Quality assurance, Purification etc
3. If time permits you will be given a chance to learn how the machine operates in practical and may be even operate it once.
4. There might be some seminars on the working of the whole unit.



Do's
1. Take notes of what the staff, guide has to say P.S. Industry is way different than what you study in books.
2. Ask any doubt that strikes your mind
3. Wear formal dress
4. Take necessary precautions as the guide suggests you - Face masks, Hair masks, Respirators are to be used in the production block.

Dont's
1. Do not try to mess up with the production or anything without the supervision of the trainer, trust me its way too expensive!
2. Do not try to get a fake certificate from any industry. Some people sell the certificates without undergoing even one day of training. It might be attractive, but you will be at a loss at last.

World Bank funds for JNTU B.Tech college

The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Univer-sity College of Enginee-ring-Kakinada is set to get a fillip, as the World Bank sanctioned Rs.12.5 crore under the Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP).

According to sources, a memorandum of understanding (MOU) will be signed by the college with the National Project Implementation Unit (Union Governm-ent) in the end of the month or the first week of March.

“The college academic committee will meet on February 18 to discuss the utilisation of funds,” said the college principal, Mr P. Udaya Bhas-kar, who strived hard for bringing the funds.

Sources said that the five departments of civil, electrical and electronics, mechanical, electronics and communications and computer science and engineering will be improved with the funds.

According to sources, the college is planning to provide scholarships to students of the Aviation Engineering Course whi-ch was introduced in last year and Power Electro-nic Devices Course whi-ch is to be introduced in the upcoming academic year in the college.

The college secured the National Board of Accr-editation (NBA) in Sept-ember-2011 for all dep-artments in the college.

Later, the University Grants Commission (UGC) granted autonomy to the college in January-2012. The period of conferment of autonomy status will apply from 2011-12 to 2016-17 academic years.

Mr Udaya Bhaskar said that the funds are to be spent within three years and the plan of utilisation of funds would be given before March 31 to the Union government.
